Return & Replacement Policy
At Office Center, all furniture products are custom-made according to the client’s approved design, dimensions, finishes, and specifications.
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order is confirmed and production has begun.
1. Custom-Made Orders (No Return Policy)
All items are made specifically based on customer requirements. Therefore:
Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are not permitted.
Order cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.
Refunds will not be issued for custom-made products.
We kindly request customers to carefully review and approve all drawings, dimensions, finishes, materials, and specifications before final confirmation.
2. Manufacturing Defects
If any manufacturing defect is identified, Office Center will take full responsibility.
Manufacturing defects include:
Structural damage due to factory workmanship
Incorrect dimensions not matching approved drawings
Hardware malfunction (hinges, runners, fittings)
Major finishing defects caused during production
Resolution Process
After inspection and approval by our technical team, we will:
Repair the defective part, OR
Replace the defective part, OR
Replace the full product (if repair is not possible)
This will be done at no additional cost to the customer.
3. Exclusions (Not Covered)
The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
Minor color or texture variations
Differences due to screen display or lighting
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper handling or shifting
Water or moisture damage
Damage caused by third-party modification
Minor scratches reported after delivery acceptance
4. Inspection & Claim Procedure
All items must be inspected at the time of delivery.
Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must be submitted with clear photos or videos.
Claims reported after installation or prolonged use may not be accepted.
5. Site Conditions
Office Center is not responsible for:
Uneven floors or walls
Changes in site measurements after approval
Electrical or plumbing conflicts
Access limitations at delivery location
The client is responsible for ensuring the site is ready prior to delivery and installation.
